To ensure that your return is processed according to your instructions, please email our customer service with your order # and/or provide exchange information.  This number will insure that your return/exchange is processed correctly and in a timely manner.  


ToroLee stands by all of our custom made products.  


If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 15 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). 


Merchandise returned must be in its original condition & packaging, and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. 


Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than ToroLee cannot be returned.

Gifts:


A Merchandise Credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient.
